Had a very good experience, my girlfriend and I went there. Age appropriate music was playing at a good volume. The açaí bowls were very good and there were many options on the menu to choose from. Highly recommend coming here and will be back.

Delicious smoothie bowls that are clearly made with fresh ingredients! We tried a few different ones and all were great. The bowls are generously sized and can easily be shared.

The bowls are MASSIVE - the picture does not do the size justice. I looked at it and immediately thought “wow, there’s no way I’ll be able to finish that!” But I did, just because it was that good! Definitely the best smoothie bowl I’ve ever had!

I’ve never really been a fan of açaí bowls, but Sunset Bowls has changed that. I eat here at least once a week now 😬 Everything is fresh and delicious, and the staff is great! When I’m not in the mood for a bowl (the Bee Power Bowl is my FAVE), I go for a smoothie. If you’re in ILM, you’re making a mistake if you’re not stopping by and supporting this family-owned, local business!

I really wanted to like this place, but my experience was pretty disappointing. I ordered an açaí bowl expecting a good balance of blend and toppings, but it felt like they cut corners. The bowl was overloaded with granola (sandwiched top and bottom) and had very little actual açaí base, which made it dry and not worth the price. It came across as cheap way to fill the bowl without giving customers what they’re actually paying for. Flavor-wise, it was okay. The bowl was overly sweet, drizzled with way too much agave or honey, but the proportions completely threw it off. This is coming from someone who has tried so many different açaí bowl places. For the price, I expected much better quality and balance.
